Stay Away from Jobs that Requires Payments

The first thing that I usually do upon landing on an online job website is scroll down to the bottom. That is where you will see, the offer. You will be told that you are lucky enough you can avail of their very discounted offer. LOL. Thanks, but no thanks. I don't even have that much to spare, and besides as I have mentioned in my earlier post, I'm looking for a job to earn. Not to pay.
These websites will initially lure you into the earnings that you will get to work online. Then they will give you a calculation of the earnings and then a proof (usually a picture of a check). When you are all too excited to start the job, you will be asked to select a method of payment for either a starter kit, a manual, a membership fee, etc.; so you loose all the enthusiasm of earning the money easily.
Remember wherever you go, that if you wanted to get a real job, you will get it because you qualify for it, you acquire the knowledge and skills to necessary for the job. And that every penny that you earn on that job is a hard earned cash and you are earning it because you deserve it.

Do not pay to get hired!

I get hired to earn, and not to pay
I made this a rule of the thumb while I am looking for an online job. You may come across a lot of scams out there and no matter how promising the offer may be, never get tempted. The truth is, they only want to earn from you. Here are a few tips to get away from scams:
  • Stay away from jobs that requires payments
  • Be careful with jobs that sounds too good to be true
  • Stick with trusted sites
  • Know the company and the nature of job you are applying for
  • Do your research about the company

Choosing the job that's right for you
The best jobs are the ones where you have to work your ass out. Come on, reality check! there is no such thing as earn as you sleep, especially if you are a beginner. You have to use your skills and knowledge to earn a job. If you think you are not yet ready for any job, get a training. There are a lot available online. Here are a few reliable online jobs that you can apply for.
  • Virtual Assistant
  • Writing, Re writing, Editing, Typing
  • Customer or Technical Service Representative
  • SEO and Data Entry
